Our WTribe 8 week Summer Fitness Challenge is for the woman who is ready to make her health and fitness a priority and would like the support of an amazing tribe of women behind her to do so!

• Constantly comparing yourself to other women who seem to have ‘it’ under control?
• Don’t like the idea of big gyms and feeling like you don’t know what you’re doing?
• Feel like you’ve lost yourself in the process of being a wife, mother etc.?
There are two ways to become a part of this movement. Either become a member of our HOME TEAM Wellness Centre at Tuggerah (it’s like a gym but so much more!) OR become an ONLINE member.
Join hundreds of women who are going to take on this challenge and support each other to be healthier in our everyday lives.
Whichever option you choose, WTribe is a supportive environment of non-judgmental women that will help you become healthier, fitter and happier within yourself. Our community of beautiful women is what stands us apart from all other gyms or programs. All members have access to our full suite of mindfulness, nutrition and recipe indexes to support you from all angles through this challenge. All of our workouts videos cater for ALL fitness levels and we provide such a variety that its always exciting and fun. You’ll never feel left behind in Tribe.
How does the program work?
You must be a WTribe member to access the challenge. You can sign up to our HOME TEAM, which is the Centre at Tuggerah, NSW or to the ONLINE Program. There are four categories in the challenge, you can focus on all of them or just one.
You will be issued with a fully interactive online challenge journal that explains all you need to know about the challenge when you join!
Fitness
There are so many workouts to choose from in our online indexes. You will have full access to these and can do either the featured workouts or go into the index and choose your own under the categories of HIIT, Strength, Partner, Booty, Core or pregnancy workouts.
Home team members also have unlimited access to our classes at Tuggerah, NSW.
Mindfulness (Optional)
Every day a new topic comes up in your online index and you’ll be invited to join in the weekly discussions on mindfulness and how it relates to your wellness journey. As well as this, you will also have access to many online videos on Mindfulness with Sarah and other experts.
Connectedness
This one of the crucial parts of WTribe you will be given access to our online support group where the whole tribe will help and support each other on this journey. You will also have access to your Challenge Leaders throughout the challenge as needed.
Nutrition (optional)
You will have exclusive access to our online Nutrition index which is filled with articles written by our nutritionist and dietician Nicky Saliba. These articles are all based on our Mindful approach to nutrition and non-diet philosophy. They are aimed to educate and empower women to build a healthy relationship with food.

What is included in the challenge?
Challenge members get all standard access as a WTribe member, plus a unique face book group for the challenge. You will also get meal plans and workouts exclusive to challenges as well as free access to our challenge workshops.
What is the cost?
You must be a member of either our HOME Team, at $35 a week or our ONLINE Tribe for $49.95 for 3 months. Challenge is free to all members.
What other costs are there?

How are the winners decided/announced?
Information will be provided in the challenge journal
How does the points system work?
Information will be provided in the challenge journalMembers will be issued with a scorecard and it is their responsibility to keep it updated with their points which will be checked daily by coaches.
A Fitness Challenger Scoreboard will be kept at The WTribe Centre showing program leaders and any other important information.
How do the Measurements/Progress Photos work?
These are OPTIONAL for those women who would like to do them.
We will be helping with measurements at the launch session and after classes during the first week of the challenge. If you are unable to attend these Measurement sessions, then please measure yourself as per below guidelines.
- Bust: Measure all the way around your bust and back on the line of your nipples.
- Waist: Measure at its narrowest point width-wise, usually just above the navel.
- Hips: Measure around the widest part of the hipbones.
- Thighs: Measure around fullest part of upper leg while standing
- Photo: Take one full body photo front on, side on and from behind in a place/scene you can replicate.
Its easier if you get someone to take for you. The less clothing the better for the progress photos. We encourage anyone who is serious about changing their body composition to get a DEXA scan with Nicky Saliba at Body Scan during week 1. As part of the challenge, you will receive 20% discount. How does the Fitness testing work?
Information will be provided in the challenge journal
Fitness Testing will be carried out during Week 1.
If you are unable to make these timeslots then you can complete your fitness testing by yourself. The video link will be uploaded for you to do from home. Please complete before the end of Week 1.
