We make fitness and wellness fun and you will never be just a number in our home team.

We run classes that suit every fitness level and will help you feel great about yourself. Yoga, movement classes, strength sessions and dance class as well as our famous MIND program that underpins the culture at WTribe.

Our globally reaching MIND program teaches women self-love, care and acceptance as exploring different topics each week to change the way women see themselves and each other.

At WTribe fitness and wellness become fun, not a chore and we learn to do it because we love ourselves, not because we don’t.

The WTribe Home Team program is a membership to our Women’s Wellness Centre in Tuggerah which provides unlimited access to our face to face fitness and mindfulness classes as well as full access to our online community including workouts, nutrition and mindfulness content to keep you feeling great about yourself and your wellness journey.

Frequently Asked Questions

I haven't exercised for a long time or am recovering from an injury- Will WTribe suit me?

At WTribe, all of our sessions cater for all fitness levels and we can modify exercises for injuries. You will never feel out of place or like you’re falling behind in a workout as our focus is on everyone having a great session, not competing with each other. If you have had an injury, please ask your doctor to give us some guidelines and we will work with them to ensure you are working out safely.

I am pregnant or have just had a baby- should I join?

Congratulations! We are mum and bub friendly at WTribe. As long as you have a doctors clearance to exercise we will work with you to ensure you are exercising safely. We believe keeping active within your limits is great for both pregnancy and post partum women.

How does the Creche work?

Our creche is free and your children are well cared for and supervised by our creche manager but do remain your responsibility at all times. The creche runs during the morning sessions (check timetable for exact times) and always has fun activities including dancing, crafts and sing-alongs to keep the kids entertained while you spend some much needed time on you.

Are kids allowed to come out of Creche hours?

We are completely child-friendly – we love to see mums bring their kids along to watch them workout. If the creche is closed, you are welcome to bring your children as long as you supervise them and ensure they are safe. We have plenty of space and toys and child-friendly areas they can hang out in, or they can sit in a pram and watch mum if they are really young. It’s always your call if you decide to bring your children but they are always welcome.

Can I cancel at any time?

If you are on a contract then you are required to continue your membership until the contract expires, however after this time frame, we require 2 weeks notice to cancel your membership.

Can I suspend my membership if I'm going on Holidays?

You can suspend your membership for a period of 2-6 weeks with a maximum of 6 weeks per year. If you suspend within a contract period, your contract will be extended by the amount you have suspended by. Suspensions must be received in writing and will incur a $20 admin fee.

What do I wear to my first session?

Just wear comfortable active wear and sneakers. We do not care about brands or how you look, we tend to focus on whether you are exercising safely and having fun as opposed to how good your butt looks in active wear!

Do you have a shower we can use after class?

We do have two toilets and a shower that members can access. We always have shampoo/conditioner, soaps etc and just ask you to bring your own towel.

Do I have to do MIND classes?

No you don’t! You can engage in whichever classes you feel comfortable with!
