Intensive Mindfulness Program
with Sarah
10 week intensive private coaching program.
This program is for women who feel stuck. You’ve lost your mojo. You’re a mum, a career woman, a wife, a girlfriend a daughter and have no time for anything else. You know the benefits or exercise, a balanced diet and mindfulness but you can’t find the time or the energy to implement healthy habits for yourself. You’ve tried all the diets, you’ve tried to exercise but its only ever short lived or you’re not getting results. You know all the excuses and you’re just too ‘busy’ to fit anything else in.
Trust me, you are not alone. The reason so many women feel this way is because in the process of balancing everything and everyone in our lives, we’ve neglected to nourish the most important thing, which is our own minds. We’ve become lost in trying to be everything to everyone and we’ve lost touch with who we are.
WTribe’s balanced approach to wellness starts in the mind. Once we understand why we think the way we do, it all makes sense. This journey will help you to understand why you give up, why you are so critical of yourself and you will learn who you truly are and what’s important to you. Only then can you start to live our lives on your own terms.
Sarah gets it. As mum of 3, Sarah had a successful 15year career in corporate leadership and gave it up to start a business devoted to empowering women to live their best lives. Sarah’s program has helped hundreds of women find their spark.

Investment:
The program costs $2000 over the whole 10 weeks (10 payments of $200) which includes our private coaching sessions once per week, and me being available on phone, email or online the whole time.
