Our WTribe 10 week Mindfulness Challenge is for the woman who believes that her thoughts and feelings might be the main thing holding her back from her maintaining a healthy lifestyle or achieving her full potential.

You’re not alone! Our Mindfulness program will focus on your MIND to unlock your potential. Join hundreds of women who are going to take on this Challenge together and support each other to be more mindful in our everyday lives.
There are two ways to become a part of this movement. Either become a member of our HOME TEAM Wellness Centre at Tuggerah (it’s like a gym but so much more!) OR become an ONLINE member. Click below to find out more…
Whichever option you choose, WTribe is a supportive environment of non-judgmental women that will help you become healthier, fitter and happier within yourself. Our community of beautiful women is what stands us apart from all other gyms or programs. All members have access to our full suite of mindfulness, nutrition and recipe indexes to support you from all angles through this challenge. All of our workouts videos cater for ALL fitness levels and we provide such a variety that its always exciting and fun. You’ll never feel left behind in Tribe.

At WTribe, fitness and wellness become fun – not a chore! We learn to do it because we love ourselves, not because we don’t. Our 10 week MINDFULNESS Challenge will help you achieve your fitness goals in the most amazing, supportive, women-only enviornment.
How does the program work?
You must be a WTribe member to access the challenge. You can sign up to our HOME TEAM, which is the Centre at Tuggerah, NSW or to the ONLINE Program. There are four categories in the challenge, you can focus on all of them or just one. The main focus for this Challenge is MINDFULNESS.
Mindfulness
Each week we will be exploring a new topic. You will be provided with a workbook and a video each week to go through the mindfulness topic and then you’ll be invited to join in the weekly discussions. As well as this, you will also have access to many online videos on Mindfulness with Sarah and other experts.
Connectedness
This one of the crucial parts of WTribe you will be given access to our online support group where the whole tribe will help and support each other on this journey. You will also have access to your Challege Leader Sarah W, fitness coach Tahnee and Nutritionist Nicky and throughout the challenge as needed.
Fitness (optional)
There are so many workouts to choose from in our online indexes. You will have full access to these and can do either the featured workouts or go into the index and choose your own under the categories of HIIT, Strength, Partner, Booty, Core or pregnancy workouts.
Home team members also have unlimited access to our classes at Tuggerah, NSW.
Nutrition (optional)
You will have exclusive access to our online Nutrition index which is filled with articles written by our nutritionist and dietician Nicky Saliba. These articles are all based on our Mindful approach to nutrition and non-diet philosophy. They are aimed to educate and empower women to build a healthy relationship with food.

What is included in the challenge?
All challenge participants get full access to the WTribe Online Program. From here you have access to all the exercise, nutrition, mindfulness and recipe indexes. You also receive the hallenge specific information including weekly emails with topics, videos and your workbook. You will also gain access to the private face book group.
What is the cost?
You must be a member of either our HOME Team, at $35 a week or our ONLINE Tribe for $49.95 for 3 months. Challenge is free to all members.
What other costs are there?

How are the winners decided/announced?
The winners will be announced after the challenge finishes and there will be two winners
- Most comitted to their Mindfulness Member
- Most supportive of others
These will be decided by the coaches and announced on facebook.
How does the points system work?
There are no points for this challenge
How do the Measurements/Progress Photos work?
NOT APPLICABLE FOR MIND CHALLENGE
These are OPTIONAL for those women who would like to do them.
We will be helping with measurements at the launch session and after classes during the first week of the challenge. If you are unable to attend these Measurement sessions, then please measure yourself as per below guidelines.
- Bust: Measure all the way around your bust and back on the line of your nipples.
- Waist: Measure at its narrowest point width-wise, usually just above the navel.
- Hips: Measure around the widest part of the hipbones.
- Thighs: Measure around fullest part of upper leg while standing
- Photo: Take one full body photo front on, side on and from behind in a place/scene you can replicate.
Its easier if you get someone to take for you. The less clothing the better for the progress photos. We encourage anyone who is serious about changing their body composition to get a DEXA scan with Nicky Saliba at Body Scan during week 1. As part of the challenge, you will receive 20% discount. How does the Fitness testing work?
Fitness Testing will be carried out during Week 1.
If you are unable to make these timeslots then you can complete your fitness testing by yourself. The video link will be uploaded for you to do from home. Please complete before the end of Week 1.
What is the timetable for the HOME TEAM at Tuggerah?
The timetable is updated every 3 months and you will find the latest copy in the ‘what’s on’ section of this website. There are classes early in the morning, mid morning, lunch and evening 5 days a week and a couple of weekend classes.
What is included in the challenge?
Challenge members get all standard access as a WTribe member, plus a unique face book group for the challenge. You will also get meal plans and workouts exclusive to challenges.

What other costs are there?
There will be a $20 cost for a nutrition seminar. This is optional for fitness challengers and is also open to all home team members.

- Highest overall points
- Biggest fitness test improvements Prizes will be announced closer to the date.
How does the points system work?
You can earn points a number of ways throughout the challenge.
- CLASS ATTENDANCE 10 point will be allocated for every fitness class attended at The WTribe Centre. This includes Move, Strength and Dance.
- HOME WORKOUTS- You have access to over 25 home workouts and accountability workouts. If you complete the workout you must comment on the workout on you tube and you will receive 5 points You also receive 5 points for any ‘other’ workouts you complete like a run at home or a game of sport or class at another gym. Maximum 5 points per day for Home workouts.
- ACCOUNTABILITY POSTS- every time you post a social media post of you participating in a workout with #wtribefitnessschallenge, you earn yourself 5 points.
Maximum 5 points per day.
Members will be issued with a scorecard and it is their responsibility to keep it updated with their points which will be checked daily by coaches.
A Fitness Challenger Scoreboard will be kept at The WTribe Centre showing program leaders and any other important information.
