WTribe is a supportive environment of non-judgmental women that will help you become healthier, fitter and happier within yourself. This program will give you results, but unlike any other online fitness program, we combine mindfulness and fitness so you can create a balanced approach to wellness.

Our famous 10-week MIND program underpins the culture at WTribe and will help you learn tools and skills to see yourself and other women differently.

This program is teaching woman across the WORLD to practise self-love, care and acceptance as we explore a different topic each week to change the way women see themselves and each other.

This program will help you to not only see yourself differently but will help you to create fitness and wellness habits that are sustainable and that you continue with because they come from a place of love and respect for yourself and your body.

You will become and feel apart of this global movement of genuine, caring women who believe in themselves and each other.

You’ll receive everything you need to grow your mind and body and create a sustainable relationship with wellness.
By joining our Web Warriors Program you will gain instant access to our membership site which will step you through a 10-week Mindfulness and Movement program.

How does the program work?

Sign up to the Web Warriors program by completing the online checkout and receive immediate access to the first module.

You’ll also be able to join the Facebook support group where you can start communicating with your tribe straight away and gain access to all the discounts and priveledges of being a WTribe member.

Each week you’ll receive an email to access the next module and access the online membership area.

Within the membership site, you can also access an archive of workouts, blogs and video content to support you on your journey.

Frequently Asked Questions

I haven't exercised for a long time or am recovering from an injury- Will WTribe suit me?
All of our on line workouts can be modified to cater for all fitness levels. If you ever feel like a workout is not suitable for you, you can access our archive of workouts and pick a different one. If you have had an injury, please ask your doctor for clearance before proceeding.
Can I cancel at any time?
The 10 week program is a pay upfront program so there is a no cancellation policy.
Is the program pregnancy or postpartum friendly?
The mind component is 100% recommended for pregnant women and new mums. Whilst your body and lifestyle are undergoing so many changes it’s a perfect time to start to work on your mindset. The workouts can be catered for pregnancy and postpartum, and there are pregnancy workouts in the archives. It’s important you have a doctors clearance before commencing any workouts while pregnant.
How intensive is the MIND component?
The mind component is as intense as you decide to make it. You have access to videos and PDF files and many women really engage in the chat forum too. Others tend to do it privately in their own time. We always suggest that those willing to engage with others gain a grater perspective and understanding but we encourage you to do whatever feels comfortable and fits within your lifestyle.
Will I have access to the program after i complete it?
Yes, it will remain a purchased product in your membership site.
How much times does it take per week?
Again this is up to you, but we recommend you put aside at least 30 minutes per week to do the MIND component and you complete at least 2 x 30 min workouts per week to get best results.
Can you do the MIND and not the workouts?
ABSOLUTELY! A lot of women that have a good exercise routine choose to do this program for the mindfulness and continue with their normal fitness routine.
